** Maintenance Tip **
Did you know that flushing your water heater once a year helps to keep it free from sediment accumulating on the bottom of the tank. Simply hookup a garden hose to the drain on the water heater, run it outside and open the drain. Let it run for 10 minutes or until the water clears then close the drain and put up the hose. ** Maintenance Tip **
Maintaining your toilets is an inexpensive task that can save you both time and money. A lot of leaks go unnoticed for months at a time due to your toilets. Check your flappers and fill valves regularly. These pieces are relatively inexpensive to purchase at your local hardware store and also relatively easy to replace.
