Maintaining your toilet
- Replacing your flapper/canister seal & your fill valve every two years
(Our water naturally breaks these components down;
replacing them will renew them)
- Do Not use any tank tablets blue or otherwise
(These products are known to destroy the internals
and in some cases void manufactures' warranties)
- Do Not flush any wipes
(These products are known to cause blockages;
they also do not decompose as advertised)
Maintain your water heater tank or tankless
- Every water heater should be flushed once a year
- Replacing the anode rod every three to four years also helps to lengthen the life of your water heater

Estimates are free unless work needs to be performed in order to provide the estimate.
We stand by our products and services 100%, and we provide a 1-year warranty free of charge warranty. Sadly however, we are unable to warranty any/all of the products/fixtures that a consumer buys and wants us to install. What that means is that we will warranty our workmanship installing the product/fixture, ensuring that there are no leaks to the product/fixture, but we will not warranty the product/fixture itself. This includes from before time of installation. As an example, if a consumer wants a specific product/fixture installed, then it is up to the consumer to verify that the product/fixture is undamaged and that all of the material that makes that product/fixture function properly is onsite at the date and time scheduled for installation. If that is not the case then Bob Billa's SHJ Plumbing will charge the consumer the applicable hourly rate for service. Likewise, if the consumer purchases an overseas product/fixture or a product/fixture that is foreign to Bob Billa's SHJ Plumbing and wishes that Bob Billa's SHJ Plumbing installs that product/fixture, then it is up to that consumer to pay for the time it takes Bob Billa's SHJ Plumbing to review the instructions as well as the time it takes to installs the product/fixture.
Stoppages are another service that Bob Billa's SHJ Plumbing is unable to warranty. This is due to the ambiguity of knowing the condition of the drains and/or the contains in the drain.
Any permits or inspections needed to complete the job are covered in our fees and handled accordingly.
